Dan have you tried …
Dan have you tried making a dish out of your solar reflective film and gauging the effectivness between that and a “proper” one. Stretch some film over the end of a barrel then suck the air out of the barrel. As the vacuum pulls the film tight it forms a pretty perfect parabolic dish. I haven’t played with a proper mirror dish but want to know the comparisons. Thanks for the video

A sterling engine is also a scientifically proven engine that was used in submarines and ships.
Perpetual motion is also theoretically possible. Our earth moves around the sun perpetually. Therefore it is in perpetual motion (unless of course something stops its motion around the sun).
Read some books, get a excellent education, listen to your teacher and then come back and comment.
